Nina brings compassion, investigation, knowledge, and clarity to cases that are important up to and in our time. Bringing these stories forward to shine a light on them again is all it may take for the someone that knows something to come forward. Nina’s clear and kind delivery begs the listener to tune into each nugget of the story. Thank you for giving these stories the care, concern, and compassion they deserve. Mostly, thank you for the respect you show to the loved ones who are still in their nightmare. You are an advocate of the best kind for the missing, the murdered, the mysterious, and the lost. Michigan girl here and a true crime lover, so this podcast was made for me. Although these are horrible tragedies, it’s so interesting when I hear about things that have happened so close to home. In a couple of cases, they’re practically in my own backyard! Nina, I very much appreciate your obvious compassion for the victims and their families. Keep up the good work!

I love this podcast 2 fold, for one it mostly focuses on Michigan, I’m from Toledo so I’ve grown up a very short drive away from many of the cases covered and the second thing that great about it, is raised awareness about some more obscure cases

I absolutely love true crime stories and history so this podcast is perfect for me. When I stumbled upon Already Gone (a month ago), I was instantly hooked and binge listened to every episode in 3 days. Looking forward to new episodes

I can’t say enough good things, she does everything right on this show, the voice, the storytelling, the heart wrenching stories themselves are told in such a way that I’m completely drawn in. And the words, “come with me...” are a great intro to these cases/ stories. And of course the cases from my own home state just make it all much more interesting. Keep it up!!

Shorter episodes, but good

This is a well-structured, thoroughly researched and professionally delivered podcast. After a hectic day, she speaks with an incredibly peaceful voice; easy to relax; easy to listen to. Even though the topic will be murder, mystery or disappearance, she brings it all together with a well-researched topic and a soothing, sensitive presentation. One of my top three podcasts. She just celebrated her 100th episode and we are looking forward to the next 100. Great job!

This podcast was recommended by my best friend, an avid podcast listener. I was hooked from the first episode. I’ve lived in Michigan all my life and the stories narrated with a historical back drop are fantastic. Nina does an incredible amount of research. Her narration and clear interest in the stories she broadcasts literally takes the listener to the scene of the crime. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the amount of local history I soak up with each amazing case. Thank you so much Nina for each well researched story you share us!

Love this podcast!

I love her voice. A little bit relaxing and a little bit creepy. The content is great- no distractions or awkward interviews. I get lost in the stories because the episodes are so well thought out, researched and organized. Love it. Wish there were more frequent episodes!

This show is excellent! If you’re into True Crime pods but only the finest quality - look no further. That being said I wonder how the Michigan state board of tourism feels about this show...because I will not be visiting the Great Lakes area anytime soon if I can help it. Ha. But seriously stay safe Michiganites

Hooked on this show! Her voice is almost ASMR-inducing. That mixed with true crime from Michigan (where I’m from)...what could be better? Keep it up

This is my go to podcast when I sit down to catch up on missed episodes. I wish there were more frequent episodes but everyone has a life. Highly recommend!
