Great storyteller

Great show.
I love the podcast. Your voice is clear, nicely modulated and caring. My only complaint is that the music plays for too long. It is a little annoying but your storytelling makes up for it. Thanks for the great work.

Love your voice! I love that you don’t use a lot of sound effects! It’s strange how soothing this podcast is all because of your voice! Please keep doing what you are doing!

Awsome podcast!
This is a well-structured, thoroughly researched and professionally delivered podcast. After a hectic day, she speaks with an incredibly peaceful voice; easy to relax; easy to listen to. Even though the topic will be murder, mystery or disappearance, she brings it all together with a well-researched topic and a soothing, sensitive presentation. One of my top three podcasts. She just celebrated her 100th episode and we are looking forward to the next 100. Great job!

Best Podcast
This podcast was recommended by my best friend, an avid podcast listener. I was hooked from the first episode. I’ve lived in Michigan all my life and the stories narrated with a historical back drop are fantastic. Nina does an incredible amount of research. Her narration and clear interest in the stories she broadcasts literally takes the listener to the scene of the crime. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the amount of local history I soak up with each amazing case. Thank you so much Nina for each well researched story you share us!

One of my favorite podcasts
I love her voice. A little bit relaxing and a little bit creepy. The content is great- no distractions or awkward interviews. I get lost in the stories because the episodes are so well thought out, researched and organized. Love it. Wish there were more frequent episodes!

This show is excellent! If you’re into True Crime pods but only the finest quality - look no further. That being said I wonder how the Michigan state board of tourism feels about this show...because I will not be visiting the Great Lakes area anytime soon if I can help it. Ha. But seriously stay safe Michiganites

Hooked on this show! Her voice is almost ASMR-inducing. That mixed with true crime from Michigan (where I’m from)...what could be better? Keep it up

Love everything about this!
This is my go to podcast when I sit down to catch up on missed episodes. I wish there were more frequent episodes but everyone has a life. Highly recommend!

Amazing
This is one of my absolute favorite podcasts to listen to. Every episode is the perfect length and doesn’t repeat itself and each episode is about someone different.
She also tells each story really well and her voice is just soothing to listen to. Even when it comes to the grimmest of stories to be told.

Not only do I enjoy Nina’s lovely, soporific voice, but I appreciate the fact that she truly seems to CARE about each and every case. The work she puts in on each case is so clear in how well it is presented. Kudos on a great podcast!

So glad I found this!
I’m from Michigan, so listening to these crimes from towns I’ve heard from, or been to, makes them even better.... but even if you aren’t from the area, THIS IS VERY WELL DONE! Strongly recommend this! 👍👍👍

Loving it!
New to listening to podcasts and love the true crime genre. What I love most about this particular one is that they are all Michigan based! Having lived in Oakland County my entire life, a lot of locations and details given are so familiar and I can follow and envision the story even better.
